ex B-18208 delivered to One Caribbean bought by local investor

ex China Airlines (B-18208) was delivered to One Caribbean based in St. Vincent on May 24, 2019
This aircraft was retirement from China Airlines on October 2017 and stored at Victorville.
One of rumor that local investor bought this aircraft and plans to operate for One Caribbean.
The current registration is N508BB but I think it will be changing to local registration.
The aircraft is now almost all white livery but there is “One Caribbean” sticker around L1 and R1 door.
The aircraft still parked at Argyle International Airport, St. Vincent (TVSA/SVD) now.
