Japan Air Self-Defense Force 747-400 replaced by 777-300ER

Japan Air Self-Defense Force replace to new government aircraft for 777-300ER from April 1, 2019.
They had two of 747-400 aircraft operated since 1992. But they are getting older and government decided to replace the aircraft to 777-300ER.
New 777-300ER ferried from Basel in August and December 2018. They did change the configuration for VIP at Basel.
Japanese government aircraft are based in Chiose Air Base located in north of Japan.
Normally they are training around Chitose Air Base and it is one of the most famous spotting for JASDF aircraft in Japan.
After two of 747-400 retirement, They are parking at Chitose Air Base.
They already found the buyer of aircraft. But the details are still unknown.
