This is the third time order 747-400 types for Cathay Pacific Airways. And This is the first time order 747-400F for Cathay Pacific Aireways also will be launch customer of 747-400F.
Cathay Pacific Airways already ordered for 4 passenger 747-400 on June 3, 1986 and April 13, 1989. They decided to order for freighter aircraft.
All of orders are using RR engines.
