Thai Airways did retirement two of 747-400

Thai Airways International retirement two of 747-400s from their fleet end of winter schedule of 2017.
The retirement aircraft are HS-TGP and HS-TGY. They have different types of the cabin, HS-TGP is 74R (called 744) and HS-TGY is 74Y (called 747).
HS-TGP did her final flight on TG677 Tokyo(Narita) to Bangkok on March 25, 2018. Normally this flight was operated by A380 but This time they did short time ship changed to 747-400. HS-TGP moved to Rayong with TG8400 on March 26, 2018 for storage.
HS-TGY did her final flight on TG204 Phuket to Bangkok on March 30, 2018. Actually this aircaft was also finished on end of the winter schedule of 2017 but Thai Airways entered for domestic flights. HS-TGY moved to Rayong with TG8301 on April 2, 2018 for storage.
After retirement, Thai Airways has 8 of 747-400 and enter to mainly Asian routes.
